Where are your drop-off locations?

We have three dedicated boarding locations: Park City — 1005 Beehive Drive, Park City, UT 84098; Ogden — 5077 South 375 East, Washington Terrace, UT 84405; and Grantsville — 54 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. Drop-off and pick-up hours are 8am–6pm.

What should I bring for my dog's boarding stay?

Accepted Answer

Bring enough food for the entire stay (or $4/day food option is available), a dog bed if desired, and any medications. Do NOT bring leashes, harnesses, toys, chews, bones, or bulk dog food.

What vaccinations are required for boarding?

Accepted Answer

All dogs must be current on Rabies, Parvo/Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations. Upload records to the Gingr client portal or email Info@Rockymtnk9.com.

Question 4

What does my dog do during their boarding stay?

Accepted Answer

Boarded dogs enjoy all-day play with other dogs and staff. Daily photos are sent at least once per day. Dogs with specific safety considerations may be separated from the general group.

What happens if my dog needs emergency veterinary care?

We contact your preferred vet first. Our backup is Dr. Myrik of Mirror Lake Mobile Veterinary Services at (435) 400-4712. After-hours: Med Vet. All emergency costs are the owner's responsibility.

Are there any additional boarding fees?

Accepted Answer

Intact animals: $10/stay. Aggressive dogs: $50/stay. Pick-ups after 12pm: $30 daycare fee. All card transactions carry a 3% processing fee, waived with cash. K9 Club members are exempt.

What is your grooming cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A $20 deposit holds your appointment. Deposit is forfeited with less than 7 days notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged the full bill. One free no-show allowed; a second results in the full charge.

When do training programs start and end?

All programs begin Monday and conclude the following Monday. Drop-off by 9am on the start date; pick-up is typically after 4pm on the final Monday or Tuesday.

How does billing work for boarding?

Boarding is billed per night like a hotel. The final day is free until 12pm. Pick-ups after 12pm incur a $30 daycare charge.

Question 10

Do you charge extra for holidays?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Major holidays add $10/night, mid-level holidays add $5/night, and minor holidays add $2.50/night. This applies to all clients including K9 Club members.
