## What We Do

Rocky Mountain K9 is a multi-location pet resort serving Utah families since 2018. We offer dog boarding, dog training, dog daycare, dog grooming, cat boarding, and an unlimited dog wash club. All locations sit on 2-acre properties with climate-controlled kennels, indoor and outdoor play areas, and staff trained in K9 CPR and first aid.

Hours: 8am–6pm daily. All locations accept drop-off and pick-up within this window.

## Services & Pricing

### Dog Boarding
Climate-controlled kennels with daily deep cleaning, supervised outdoor play, and refresher training sessions. K9 Club members receive significant discounts.

Additional fees: Intact animals (unspayed/unneutered over 18 months) +$10/stay. Aggressive dogs +$50/stay. Late checkout after 12pm = $30 daycare fee. 3% credit card processing fee (waived for cash or K9 Club members).

Holiday surcharges: Major holidays (New Year's, April, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas) +$10/night. Mid-level holidays (Presidents Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Pioneer Day, UEA) +$5/night.

### Dog Training
Residential training programs for dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes with certified trainers. Programs include obedience, behavior modification, leash manners, anxiety reduction, and aggression management. 5–6 hours of training per day alongside supervised play.

- Programs start Monday, end the following Monday
- Drop-off by 9am; pick-up after 4pm on final day
- Pricing: $2,000–$6,000 depending on program length and goals

### Dog Daycare
Full-day supervised play in small, behavior-matched groups. Structured enrichment and socialization with trained staff.

- Regular: $35/day
- K9 Club: $20/day

### Dog Grooming
Full-service grooming including baths, brush-outs, de-shedding treatments, nail trims and grinding, haircuts, and styling.

- Pricing: $25–$220 depending on size and service
- Cancellation: $20 deposit required; forfeited with less than 7 days notice; full bill charged within 48 hours of appointment

### Cat Boarding
Private cat condos in a quiet, dedicated area separated from dogs. Daily care, monitoring, and climate control.

### Unlimited Dog Wash Club
Staff-performed professional baths, nail trims, and blow-drying for a flat monthly rate. Valid at all 5 locations.

### Puppy Program
Early training and socialization for puppies under 6 months. Age-appropriate foundation obedience and positive reinforcement.

## Memberships

### K9 Club — $80/month
The flagship membership for frequent Rocky Mountain K9 clients.
- $60 in monthly service credits (use toward any service)
- Deeply discounted boarding rates (see table above)
- Daycare at $20/day (vs $35+)
- Cat boarding at $25/night (vs $35)
- Waived credit card processing fee
- Unlimited veterinary reimbursement (within 48 hours of checkout, at preferred vets)
- Guaranteed placement with short notice
- 12-month commitment; pause up to 60 days/year; out-of-state pause up to 6 months

Cancellation policy: Accumulated credits are forfeited. A cancellation fee equal to total discounts received minus total payments made will be applied.

### Unlimited Wash — $20/month
Unlimited staff-performed dog baths, nail trims, and blow-drying. All 5 locations. Cancel anytime.

## Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be current on:
1. Rabies
2. Parvo/Distemper
3. Bordetella

Records must be on file before the first visit. Upload through the Gingr client portal or email Info@Rockymtnk9.com.

## Policies

**Cancellation (boarding/training):** A deposit is forfeited with less than 7 days notice of cancellation.

**Late checkout:** Pick-ups after 12pm on checkout day incur a $30 daycare charge.

**Veterinary care:** Rocky Mountain K9 contacts your preferred vet first in any emergency. Backup vet: Dr. Myrik, Mirror Lake Mobile Veterinary Services, (435) 400-4712. All emergency vet costs are the owner's responsibility. Rocky Mountain K9 reimburses up to $250 for regular customers and unlimited for K9 Club members, provided the vet visit occurs within 48 hours of checkout at a preferred vet (kennel cough excluded).

**Aggressive dogs:** Must be disclosed before arrival. $50 surcharge per stay.

**Intact dogs:** $10 surcharge per stay for unspayed/unneutered dogs over 18 months.

**Food:** Bring enough food for the full stay duration. Food provided for $4/day if preferred. Do not bring leashes, harnesses, toys, chews, or bulk food.
